I spoke to PressTV on Venezuela’s oil shortage on April 20, 2020 from Minsk, Belarus. One month later, despite all odds, the Islamic Republic of Iran in an exceptionally courageous act dispatched four tankers to Venezuela that arrived successfully, defeating the illegal US blockade of Venezuela.
